Original Towel Drafts

Since I am frequently asked for the drafts of some of my towel sets, I thought I would just make a page of some of the most popular ones. Feel free to download the PDF and/or WIF of any of my drafts. I'm not charging anything for the drafts, but if you make any towels using them, I wouldn't mind a mention!

	PATTERNED CHECKS - this is an 8 shaft design. I used 4 colors plus white for the warp, and a turquoise plus ivory for the weft. I'm still undecided if I'd like it better with white in place of the ivory. This will be a dozen towels when it's finished. I played around with a few other color combinations and I might make another batch in warm colors like red, orange and yellow. 20 epi, 8/2 cotton (Brassard).

	WINDOW BOXES - this is an 8 shaft design. I used 9 different colors - the same ones for both the warp and the weft. I played around with a few other color combinations - and it looks really nice in several shades of the same color, and Christmas colors. 20 epi, 8/2 cotton.

	MIXED CHECKS - this weaving pictured is a 10 shaft design, but I also made the draft in an 8 shaft design which doesn't look much different. I used four colors for the warp and white for the weft. My warp was 400 threads, 20epi, using 8/2 Brassard cotton. 10 SHAFT DRAFT: 8 SHAFT DRAFT:
